So this is probably a nice new one for you guys. Apparently while I was out of town someone that came over my place that my roommate knows threw up all over my humidor. Now I have yet to figure out why the 400 dollar humidor filled with probably a grand of cigars became the target of this stupidity/immaturity, but it did.
Now assuming out of the kindness of my heart I don't make them buy me a new humidor (big assumption at this point, but it was a very nice limited edition humidor), is there a way to clean the cedar wood on the inside of the humidor without screwing it up? He threw up on the outside of it not the inside, but it looked like it got a bit wet on the inside around the seals.
This was all at a quick glance on my way out the door this morning as i got back into town and just showered and left for work. I'll look it over tonight after the area has been cleaned up & I told them not to put any cleaning solution on the humidor.
Anyway anyone have any ideas for something that I can put on it that wont warp, stain, or otherwise damage the cedar?
Thanks in advance..
