Great news, Bulz. I'm very glad for you. Let us know how it goes.

To answer a few questions...

I do not cover western PA. ( I have everything east of Pitt) But hopefully I will get out there on occasion to help out my buddy Sam who also just recently started with Oliva. Sam also covers Ohio and Michigan and if you run into him... tell him you know Dave, demand a free cigar and if you like Whisky, strike up a chat and enjoy. He's as cool as they come.

Sadly, the El Cobre (a personal favorite of mine) isn't one of my products to sell. Oliva does manufacture them, but it is not distributed by them. (not unlike other house brands, or even Fuente making for Ashton, Toraño making for CAO, Oliva making for Padilla) Obviously it's much smaller than an Ashton and such, but it's the same distributor principle. You can't get a VSG from your Fuente rep. BUT...Tanger, I will let you know when I'm coming to Harrisburg and maybe I can smuggle a few sticks along.
(I currently live in CT, but a move to PA is coming soon)

I think that Saskatchewan, So Cal, Yuma, and Virginia are all great stops for me and I will ask Jose if he's cool with it. (I'll be in Baltimore this Saturday...thats almost VA)

We (Oliva) have recently moved almost all of the sales force in house now. Look for a few new faces at your shops and at the shows.

I'll continue to post on occasion as my schedule permits, and I'll try not to only comment on Oliva. 8) Even if they are the best cigars in the world, priced for everyone, perfect for any occasion, and cure all the evils of the world.

I don't want to abuse this site by posting my events, so I guess keep an eye out at your local shops for Oliva events. I love events and will be filling my schedule with them very soon. I'd love to run into as many of you as possible.

Administrators, I lurk on many sites and post on very few. I like this site and it's members a lot and do not want to do anything in bad form. Please let me know if I am crossing any lines. I will be on my best behaviour and I promise to give free cigars to any cigar.com forum guys that approach me.

That would be sweet if you came out to So Cal, with our taxes we need all the help we can get

Congrats man!

Bulz,

You have been a long time member of the forum, I dont think anyone would frown on you posting some of your events.

On a side note to anyone that remembers working with Cory Bappert at Cigar.com, he was a cigar.com rep for a long time, he is also now with Oliva covering the mid west territory. Small world.

Congrats.;
Too bad you don't have Vermont as part of your territory. I've never had an Oliva before, you must send me a sample pack, then I can expouse the virtues of your cigars to my local shops. Then they will want to carry your cigars. PM me for my address

(The old Jedi mind trick in action. I hope I did it right and made BP proud)

Not sure if this was in reply to me?
But Poconos is in the eastern part of the state.
North East.

ummm does that mean we all get free sticks?.....oh crap ...sorry that was supposed to be BP's job to ask

As long as you refer to BP - it is acceptable to ask that question.

CC, I believe bulz was talking to those Burgh folks!!!

Congrats bulz, I need maduro's!!! LOL Good luck, great smokes that's for sure.

CC- I know where the Poconos are. I was born in PA. However, I have no idea where the best shops are in the Poconos. If you wouldnt mind enlightening me...I would be very grateful.
Infact, I think that if our schedules allow, I'd love to talk about it over a cigar in one of them.

Please PM or email me sometime.
