I woke up this morning and bought a house

Sorry I have not been on SKYPE lately guys, things have been so busy. We had an open house yesterday and the turn out was just ok, BUT....There was a couple who was very interested. They are expecting an offer on their house in the next couple of days and are looking to move quickly. So, things may be looking good for us. I know my wife is getting tired of having to keep the house clean and the dogs are tired of not being able to roam the house, but one way or another, this whole thing should be over soon.
The house we want is still on the market, and the price has been reduced, so hopefully it stays that way.

Yesterday was mixed with emotions. Things have been very slow at work and i have been getting frustrated with my boss and also some of my clients. I got a call that we had a showing on Saturday, second in 3 days after not having any in 3 weeks. I get home and am about to go on our afternoon walk and I get a phone call, We have an offer on our house!

It is a low ball offer and they asked for us to leave just about everything but the dogs and the baby. I was not happy with the offer, but we prepared the counter, which they liked and we going to make some minor changes to and get back.

So, my realtor calls the house we want to make an offer, of course they had signed another offer 2 hours before! So while we were receiving our offer, they were singing theirs.

We are very disappointed. It sucks getting so excited and then having it taken from you (I now know why Kevin gets so upset when you make fun of his lack of hair!)

Anyways, we have taken our house off the market and have stopped our search.
