and yes, its 3:00 am and i've had a bit to drink
first, went to teatro goldoni which is a fantastic restaurant in d.c. which serves italian food in the venetian tradition, my fiancees freind works there and we got HOOKED up, prolly near a $200+ bill for 75 bux, food was fantastic, had a ribeye with truffle oil and figs, lotsa wine...i tipped the waiter well and left a Pueblo Dominicana in the "bill holder" for him as my fiancees friend said a cigar would make his night...
then went to Cafe Milano, another premier italian restaurant in d.c. where fiancee's friend used to work, and hung with the gm and maitre d' all night and drank champagne and makers mark (one of my favs) for cheap...i enjoyed a fantastic VSG and it was perfect...
then went next door to the billiard bar, and had a couple blue moons, girls had champagne, and i had a Matasa 30th anniversary which was perfect as well
just a great night all around, we all need nights like this once in a while
sorry for the tangent, good night all
