So I am guessing that the Tube theories here are similar for the plastic wrap... I like to store naked cigars, as I believe the humidity level is more uniform from cigar to cigar, as each cigar acts as its own sponge, and can breath easier with the tube cap off, or out of the plastic wrapper.
I have another similar question though...
It takes me about a year to smoke a whole box of one cigar, as I like to mix up the flavors I smoke on a regular basis. My question is for the storage of differnt smokes in the same humidor. If I have mild and full bodied cigars in the same humidor, should I leave the plastic wrap on to prevent "cross contamination" or will there be minimal effects of fermenting different flavors of tobacco in the same Humidor?
