That's what I heard to, the Lambada is what they are going to be calling it....

4/5/05

Just finished a Hemingway Signature in cameroon...yummy...I'll be getting more of these, and I'll try the maduro too.

Horsepower Turbo

I just had an Indian Tabac Horsepower Turbo (7 x 47) after letting it sit in my humi for a couple of weeks. It was a gift from one of my wife's customers (she's a waitress). It started out well with a rich wood flavor with hints of leather. I had to relight it a couple of times; but the burn was even.

About half way through, it got surprizingly hot and I had to back off to let it cool. Also, I ended up throwing out the last two inches because it started tasting nasty (though this could likely be attributed to the gas-grill smell that floated in with the breeze). The ash looked foul. There's still a bad aftertaste in my mouth. I don't plan on buying any of these any time soon. In fact, I might try to rinse my mouth out with a Dominican Cohiba later tonight (already prep'd).

Aproximate smoke time was 40 minutes before throwing out.

Sorry to hear about your experience Gyrepin.
After lunch I had an Añejo 46, after dinner a LFD Double Ligero Chisel. Both were amazing. If you haven't yet, you should.
