YAAYYYYY, IT'S STILL BOURBON/RYE SEASON!!! . . .

I always make my own burgers, I use a mix of 2 pounds Beef 1.5 pounds Pork & 1 pound Veal , , grind it twice, season with salt & pepper, add a fine chopped onion, rib of celery & a bell pepper , 3 eggs & a handfull of bread crumbs, , mix by hand & measure them out into a 5 ounce ball, shape into a patty & toss it on the grill, the rest of the meat mix that isnt made into burgers is the base for the meat loaf !
, HIC !, I need a little more HIC, Hic , or have I had enough???? hahaha Its is still single malt scotch season in the burgh

Don't look now, but football's only a little over two months away, and WE'RE ALREADY LOSING DAYLIGHT!!! Down about two minutes since the start of the summer. :eek:mg:
 
yes we loose about 2 minutes a day till the winter solstis, then Gain 2 minutes a day till the summer solstis, but its still Single malt season here in the burgh!Enjoy, Vince
 
With the temperature in the 50's when I got up shortly after 0730 hours Sunday morning, and then turning into a beautiful, dry, gorgeous 80 degree early summer day, it's still bourbon and rye season in Lower Dutchess County. :D

but it dont matter when its single malt season , I cut the grass today, showered & now I am headed to the Qtr.Deck for a sms,coffee & a fine Q-Ban seegar( Monte #4 ) a bit small but a tasty little morsel ! Enjoy, Vince
