I recently won a box of Caliente's on another website and was wondering what I was in for.
I just won a box of Diablo Caliente on the same website. I've had them before and I thought they were pretty good.
They are okay. Not overpowering but lots of flavor. Very similar to the cohiba XV but less expensive.
The Diablo was general cigars attempt at reaching a younger audiance. I guess you could say they were trying to steal some of CAO's market share with that cigar.

i have a diablo picantes and ill be smoking it tomorrow when the rain stops. I also got mine for free from the local shop to try. Ill let you know what i think
I agree Macallan...I thoght they were just like the XV's. I played a trick on a friend who said the XV was a lot better, and still thinks it to this day. So I took the bands off of the 660, and the Gran Fuego, and put them on the other cigar, back into the cello and gave them to my buddy to review and compare. "Hands down" he said, "The XV is a lot better." So even though it was really the Diablo, he thought it was the XV and still claimed it was better. This guy smokes a lot of cigars too. I thought they were very similar and I'm not too familiar with either of them. I probably would have failed the blind taste test as well.
