Humidor liner warped not sealing

Hey all, my humidor hasn't held humidity for a while now and after further inspection, dollar bill test, I noticed the liner on the lid is warped/gap. Some spots probably 1/16 or bigger gap.
I know you are not supposed to use any glue between the box and the cedar, I've read the articles about using food grade silicone.
The humidor is about 15 years old.

I'm wondering if there's any other options out there? Or just time for a new one

Thanks

If you've noticed significant gaps or warping in the liner of your humidor's lid, it's likely contributing to the difficulty in maintaining humidity levels.

I would not use glue between the box and cedar to avoid potential contamination. Instead use food-grade silicone or a humidor repair kit.
