Has anyone recieved these humidors? If so what do you think? I am thinking about one of these, but I have to wait till my birthday on the 7th this month.

OK I got mine today and it is very well built and I am conditioning it as we speak.

Well, mine would have been delivered on Monday but FedEx can't seem to find my home. I live in a new addition (it's one year old though) and they can't find it. I gave them directions yesterday so we'll see if they can find me today. The thing that amazes me about FedEx is that every other delivery service can always find me (USPS, UPS, and DHL) but this is the third time for them...oh well.
I did get my order from C.com yesterday (fast and delivered by UPS thankfully) and I've brought a C.com Cameroon with me for the drive home.
More on the humidor once it arrive. Still, the service was great. It's not Bargain Humidors fault that FedEx is directionally challenged.

By Golly! I just bought the Shiloh glass top! Then 2 days later the price went up by $10. Great find, Thanks a bunch! :lol:

I refuse to work with FedEx. One of the reasons I never ordered my humis online, everyone wants to ship FedEx. I paid more locally (although not much more, about $20, after you factor in shipping) rather than deal with FedEx.
I've never, never had an order not messed up by FedEx.
I mean for my dad's birthday last year I got him a shaving kit (straight razor, strop, mug, soap, brush), the vendor would only ship FedEx, and I missed his birthday by F*I*V*E days(ordered and was shipped 10 business days BEFORE his B-day), because FedEx couldn't find the place (and I shipped it to my WORK ADDRESS, where FedEx ships to EVERY DAY)!!! :evil: :evil: :evil:

Guess it all depends on the area where you live. I have always had good luck with Fedex but so-so with UPS...go figure.
FedEx used to always mess up and never leave my packages despite my having filled out three of their note things telling them to. Then when they didn't leave a pass box, I got really pissed off and went to the processing center and chewed the guy out. Very unusual for me but you don't mess with my cigars... :lol:

Wow! My new humidor just arrived! It is seasoning already and I look forward to filling it in about 6 days. What a great deal! I'm as happy as a pig in poop. The quality is terrific, it's built like a true craftsman built it. I got the Shilo not the big one. This holds up to 150 cigars and is perfect for me. I am just blown away by the quality/price. Thanks for the tip! I just hope my little humi doesn't get too upset LOL. Hope you all have a great weekend and that the Steelers kick some ever lovin rear. As far as my Raiders go......JUST WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR!! A phrase we Raider fans are quite familiar with. :?
The more expensive and larger ones might have humidity controls, but those are not economical for cigars. So no.
