Since I was one of the culprits who took the thread political -- I have moved it to it's proper place in "non-cigar related" sub-forum. If anyone wants to disuss politics further, there is a sub-forum on the main part of the boards ( http://www.ambackforum.com ) that covers that very topic.

Well I said what I wanted to say on the first posting in this line , so I am finished, take this any way you want , up down in or out , I dont get political other than pass on jokes, but I am a person of strong faith & wish the politician would try to keep out of my life, I dont want to know when the congress is in session, , the government IMHO should protect the country from the outside & let the People protect it from the inside , give me strong boarders & a millitary that keeps the fighting out of the country , keep the water & lights on & stay the H3LL out of my medicine chest & doctors office , keeps my taxes to less than what I give the church & then keep out of my church, the Freedom OF religion is in the consitution , there is NO seperation of church & state, all it has to say the Government will not sponcer one one faith over an other. I dont want to pay political hacks who are out for them selves, I am a Liberal when I am writing out a check to a charity, but I am a consertive when it comes to spending my tax money, I have gone round & round way to many times with local state & federal @$$hats on over spending MY MONEY, , I think all the comidians miss poor ole billy beer & the peanut farmer, Vaun Meeder was a killer doing JFK, ronnir was a delight for the late night talk show hosts & the clinton , I did not have sex with that woman was a howellll, W is taking pot shots nightly from letterman with great moments in presidental speaches, making him look like a doofus , & I Laugh at EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM.

Most of what you just said ---- make you a Civil Libertarian (just like ME!).
The current political system is out of touch with most of main stream american values/needs/desires amd there is no improvement on the horizon. I have long said that there is not a single Incumbant Politician that can look America in the eye and say that they DESERVE to be re-elected. Look at WV (where I live) we have a 89 year old Senator that has been in Congress/Senate since the 1950's!!!!!! :shock: :shock: He just got re-elected last November to a 6 year term that is highly unlikely that he will live to serve out!

Vince --- he has trouble walking/breathing/living.... I doubt he will ever play the fiddle again until he gets to his final resting place. He has palsy/parkinson's so bad he can't hold his hands still.
