Was thinking of picking up some of the c.com cigars and am having a hard time choosing between the camaroon, the blue, the purple, and the cuban. Anybody got any opinions on these. I know i definately want to try the cuban from the comments here. I want something not so costly for the in between.

the cameroon and the cuban label are very good and a great everyday smoke for the money imho

The price is pretty nice - I would try some of each label and see which one is the one that you like. I do like the cuban and cameroon - but at the prices they offer - try the others.

My 2 cents.

Both cuban and cameroon label are good choices.

We have had several threads on good, cheaper everyday smokes.

Just pick up the sampler with one from each line. It couldn't get much easier than that.

Is cigar.com the only house brand that anyone ever talks about around here because it's really the hands down best, or do they come delete posts favoring others since they run the place? :duh: :duh:

I am virtually positive that none of the mods or administrators would ever do anything like that. If you aren't violating the forum policies, there shouldn't be any problems. This forum runs at a high standard I have been nothing but impressed.

did you happen to see the title of this thread?

We definately dont delete posts unless they violate forum policy. Feel free to discuss any house brands you want from any company... ours are just the best  Okay I am biased though :D

I agree, pick up the sampler, you will get a better value and you will get a water pillow :D

Didn't mean to give offense...

Just thought it was odd how much airtime the c.com brands get. People here seem pretty straightforward, I'll give the sampler a try.

well the thread and question IS about c.com sticks and reason for the airtime on other threads is that the general consensus is that the c.com brand rocks

I have only had the cuban label and it is an awesome stick for any price much less only 2.25 each

as for the others I havnt tried them yet

if you want a great stick for around $1.60 try a padron fumas...cant be beat for that price

You won't be sorry. For the money, they are hard to beat.

I would buy half a box of the Cameroons, and half a box of the Cubans. You just can't go wrong. And if for some reason you dont like them , I will be happy to trade you something for them!!

I think par tof the "air time" is that many of us came here through the cigar.com web site. No doubt many of those people already smoked the c.com labels.

I'd recommend buying two sampler packs (they're cheap enough). I'm of the opinion that one should give a given cigar at least two tries (leave at least a week between like types), before making a descision on it.

You hit it right on the nose with that one SmokePole, just smoking a cigar once is not enough to really get an opinion, because not only do the your tastes change as your palate improves, but the flavor profile of the cigar will also change over time.
