Chris, congrats on the new purchase!

And, Alex congrats on the new home.

I think something must be going around. I just closed on my first house on the 13th. I moved in yesterday and I'm beat.
 
It's time for a contest:

Whomever can guess the square footage of my house within 100 square feet wins a 5-pack of mystery cigars. Those of you who have traded with me know what I give so I'll leave it at that. Needless to say you won't be disappointed. One guess per person per day.
 
Tanger wins...the house is 2300 square feet. Tanger, PM me with your addy and I'll ship your cigars out to you.
