If you ordered online, then you've already set up an account.
Go to the cigar.com homepage, click on Account, click on Order Status/History (log in if you need to), select your latest order number. It should state the shipping method on that invoice.
If you've ordered via phone (and don't have a cigar.com account), check your email (if you provided one to the service reps).
If not, then just call them up and they can tell you over the phone which shipping method you chose.
Usually with ground service, it's about 5-7 days for me (I live in California).
UPS 3-day, usually 3 days.
