Coffee pass Rules
Ok, Here is what I am thinking. for better or worse. this is not set in stone.
I would like to keep it to 1/2 pound whole bean coffee (if you need it ground let me know) to two people. I don't care how it is broken up if you want to send 1/4 pound of two kinds or what. The reason I want to keep it at 1/2 lb is you can get a better idea of what you think of a coffee. one pot does not tell the story.
I will match people up (if you have a special request let me know) with two people, and PM the address to the participants.
I would like to get all the packages in the mail by next Friday.
Please include at least one cigar that you enjoy smoking with the coffee..

That is fine with me - it may be a little easier this way for all of us to get out two packages - and then if it goes well we can do another one with by switching names in the near future.

As for public vs. private, I'd say sort of both. I think it's more fun if you don't know what you're getting until you open up the box. OTOH, it is nice to hear what people got, so I'd suggest just posting your "takes" here once they arrive.
Since we don't know who we will be getting from - would it be alright if we post what we are going to send out coffee wise? This may add more variety and less overlap.

Ok My coffee is going out,
I am sending a Mix that I came up with. Bluebell mountain, and Kona roasted to full City
And a Caracolillo roasted just to second crack.

I will try and get mine out by Thursday - sorry folks I have been a little crazy here. I will stuff and extra pack of folgers in for the inconvenience (as well as a few more backwoods...crap - I just spoiled the surprise).
I won't be roasting my own but I am very fond of Kenya AA - hope my recipients don't mind.

Well I will take a little longer. I will be doing my redition of the classic mokka java; but I need the benas first, then I have to roast them. So I hope to get it out later this week or early next week.
Guys I had a problem omeup today and I am not going to be able to shipt till thursday.
