Looks like the Super Bowl is over so now we can look forward to Race season! Wooo Hoo. I have been a motor head my whole life. As long as I can remember, horsepower has thrilled me. I got my first motorcycle when I was 10 and rode for 36 years. I just gave it up and got a 993cc motorcycle on a stick (Mercury outboard) LOL. Anywho, I can't wait for NHRA to start blasting and I was wondering if any of you fine gents ( and Woman) like the sport. Nascar lost it's appeal to me when Dale Sr. was taken. I will always love the sport, but it seems to be a bit stuffy now. Dale Jr. is the class of the field in my opinion. When I'm not out on my bass boat smoking cigars, I'm watching Da Boyz let go with 7,000 BHP. 8)

Drag Racing is probably my favorite racing.
I grew up around it, my dad worked as a flagman for my uncle at his track when it was opened up in the mid fiftees’
I worked just about every weekend when I was old enough, until I could race myself. I raced for a couple of years until I lost a rod through the pan. The car is still setting out back, not finished (no money).
I like Pro Stock the best. You have to be on top of your game at all times, it’s not like the fuel classes where anybody can win any given day.
