Okay this may be my one and only time to beat my chest so I'm doing it. All you guys in our fantasy league beware! My mighty Giants scored a wopping 120 points lead by the Big Blue defense. To the commish - thanks for those defensive settings.

Scott, feel free to trash talk after you kick my butt.

its on like donkey kong, and yes i did score the 2nd lowest amount of points. BUT im gonna change all that this week!

The Giants defense gave you all them points! War Dawgs declare War in week 2.

Kelvin, it's not the defense that scored you that many points but the special teams. You get 10 points for return TDs since they are so hard to come by.

Besides, everyone should be more concerned about me. I had the second highest point total behind Kelvin and yet not one of my guys had a big week. They just had their normal type of game which means that every week I should be scoring like this. :neer:
 
Calibus:

You can call it Defense or Special Teams - but the points came up under my New York Giants! Just remember my man - I did this with Brett Favre netting -2! I did pick up the tight end from the Raiders last minute - thanks very much for that Calibus!

Wow, I have now done way too much trash talking. Hopefully my butt can cash the checks my mouth wrote this weekend.
 
3-0, just thought id point that out for all of you. btw some people aren't playing, i saw a couple people last week starting guys who were on bye week.

I do think it is funny that a certain member of our league was slamming my team yet the past two weeks I have had the highest score. If LT has finally found his groove, watch out.....
 
im not scoring tons of points, but im managing to score enough to win every week. Hopefully all this smack talk doesn't jinx my team. Ive got a loss coming soon, and injuries would ruin me since my team isn't deep at all.

I agree about people not playing - come on - check those rosters, guys. It's still early in the season so let's go after each other's throats! It's all for fun anyway.

Bildo - I'll catch you in week 7 my man. I think my Giants defense has peaked - might have to do some adjustments.
 
I'm not naming the player, but they wanted me to trade LaDanian Tomlinson for 3 or 4 players off his team ("Because LT is the only good person on your team.....)

I may get burnt having so many Bengals on my team, but so far I have come out smelling like a rose!
 
I will give you 5 players for LT and a few cigars- LOL! That man is a weapon.....even throws a TD against my beloved Giants. It's amazing where the points come from sometimes. I lucked out against you in the first week because of my D - they gave me two good weeks but I doubt I will see that again.

I think if we talk it up maybe the other players will get interested again.

How's it going guys, I haven't been on here in a while since I started my new job. So far I've been pretty solid, rating about the middle of the pack so far. I hope to pick up some points this weekend though. Talk again later.

I know how you feel, I missed the forum when I was on vacation. I tried jumping on here a few times, but ended up making the wife irate!
