The hills and the hollers
I stick to the general philsophy of my collegiate golf coach, "You want to be the first one they want to see and the last one they want to meet." 8)

If you lived in New Jersey, it may improve your grammar. Try using "too" correctly next time.
For example, "Kevin will be surging past me in the standings before too long."

What a close weekend for our teams. I never had any real good players. Well I shouldn't say they are bad players becasue I am sure they can beat me at golf. I never had any in the top 10 spots.

Ok, so i want some points back! Stewart Cink was DQed for stupidiy of the rules...here is the deal:
Cink hit his drive on the edge of a fairway bunker (not in the bunker). He stepped into the bunker to line up his shot. His then hits his second shot into the green side bunker. His caddy rakes the fairway bunker before proceeding up the fairway. Cink hits his third shot on the green and 2 puts for a score of 5. He finishes his round and signs his scorecard, and then is DQed.
The reason: When he hit his ball into the greenside bunker, his caddy should have waited until Cink finished the hole to rake the fairway bunker. Cink should have assesed a 2 shot penalty and scored the hole as a 7 not a 5.
Now, I have played golf for about 17 years, tourniment golf for about 10 of those and i have NEVER heard of this rule. And then again, i only played in tournys that allowed caddies on very few occasions. I know you can not rake a bunker if you are still in the bunker, but not to allow a caddy to rake a first bunker before you play out of a diff. bunker is strange.

Yeah I was wondering why he got DQ becasue I had him so if you get points I get points. That would suck for the caddy to have to walk all the way back and rake it when they finish the hole. It was probably like 300 or 400 yards back.
