Last year coming back From Memphis(Beale Street really), somewhere between Memphis and Nashville we found a family style restaurant that was making these little treasures right on the grill as needed. I have looked the web over and found a few recipes that just dont pan out. Does anyone have a family recipe they would be willing to share.
