CAO is sending a sampler for each guy, Perdomo is sending stuff, cusano, graycliff, Gurkha, Oliva, and I am still waiting to hear from some of the other vendors that will probably be sending stuff like Rocky Patel, Camacho, and La Aurora (I am hoping for some of the 1495's).
I am also going to bring some Sol Cubanos, Cigar.com Cameroon Labels, and some of the new 5 Vegas Limitada 2006 (which is amazing).
My palate is going to be ruined after this weekend.

Man o man. I just finished making a full gallon sized container of my rib rub. I have tweaked this recipe over the last year or so, finally ending up with the best blend ever. Axe, I am sure you would appreciate this one morethan the last recipe. I have added another full 1/2 cup of cumin to the gallon. I am going to make a test run with this new rub tomorrow. I am ordering 15 slabs of baby backs for the sit down. BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont know what I am more excited to do... shoot something, smoke something, or eat something. Good thing we will do all three.
I tested the ribs out this afternoon for lunch here at the firehouse. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but these were the best ribs I have ever made. And by the looks of the left over crumbs, everyone else liked them too. With all these cigars pouring in and all this meat stocked in the freezer, this sit down is gonna be one event not to be missed!!
