Here is what technology can do in a war zone. The pictures were taken from an AC130 Specter gunship two and a half miles away. The guys in the picture are setting up a roadside bomb and planning to ambush an American convoy which followed a short while after the pictures were taken. They were setting up for the ambush and were pacing off the distance from the bomb to where the convoy was to pass by. Turn your sound up.
There's a 40 mm cannon on the gunship.

That was a very impressive video. Those guys had no idea what the heck hit them!!!!!

Very impressive. I didn't know they even used Spectres still. Didn't they have howitzers in them in Vietnam? Do they still?

My brother is in the army. Started out as a weapons tester, then became a paratrooper, and now a drill sergent. I'm proud of him, even thou I am younger. lol Has 4 kids and a wife in Sorth Carolina, I believe. Also did a tour of duty in Iraq. I haven't spoken to him in many years. My dad told me that he accomplished all this. My family is all messed up, I need to call him soon and fix everything. :?

See ya,
Byron

You need to.
Family bonds never break. Even with the hardest of times.

My father spoke to his brother a few months back after 25 years of not speaking. It was like they never missed a beat. It was a beautiful moment to witness!

Well, My parents seperated when I was like 13, finally divorced at 15. It was a messy one at that. My father filled alot of the family friends we used to have with bad things about my mother, did the same with my brother. I dispice my dad for everything hes done to us. I pretty much grew up mentally and physically with no father even though he was around, but 90% of the time on business trips out of country. At one point, spend 6 months in spain, then another time 6 months in chicago. My dad never calls, emails or anything to me. I am sure alot of other people here had the same thing or worse happen as well. I could write a whole book about it, but um... no one would care to read all my blabber, as I already typed alot, sorry.
