This morning I had about 7 Turkey outside my window
I wasn't sure if I should shoot one?
But, something about waking my wife up with a gun blast seemed
like a not so smart idea!
Thursdays are her day off and she don't like being woken up early.

Well we are as far as fishing goes - we have monster trout up here.
I mean Monsters 10-15 pounds (Brown Trout) they come out of the lake in the fall.
I always release the big ones as they are breeders.
Other than that we release everything into the bowl the next morning
after eating them

OK since CC is talking turkey I have a funny story. Pre info, Turkey season ends and then deer season starts the next day. My buddy who has property in Eastern Washington was out hunting deer with his brother. His brother sees this nice 8 point and has got all set up, just as he was firing he sees this blur in his scope and then feather and the buck runs off. He was like what the hell I think I just shot a turkey. So my friend goes down to check it out. Turns out the turkey decided to take off right in front of the deer and gave its life for the deer.

I can't have a big party I promised my wife I wouldn't throw any big partys until I fixed the house from our flood damage.
That may happen this coming year, so after that maybe a big BB'Q
and cigars would make a nice camping weekend here.
