Oasis customer service rocks!

I had a problem with my Oasis XL Plus, it would cycle through the numbers then kick on the fan at 70 then turn off and continue Cycling through the numbers. I called and talked to a very nice lady that took down my info and said we will get one right out to you. No hassel or fuss. I was happy with my Plus before but the Customer Service just tops it.

Sort of like dealing with Alex and his people, nothing but great customer service.

I had a problem were mine was off 6-7 % they sent me a new one right away. it was fantastic.
 
That's funny. My Dad has had problems with his Oasis XL since he got it. It doesn't hold the humidity level. When he first got the XL he set it at 68 but we noticed that his cigars seemed dry a couple weeks later. We put two different hygrometers in the humidor and they both registered around 54%. Old man calls and talks to the lady who tells him to unplug and it will reset. It's still off by 8 or 9 percent. He has called several times and gets the same answer. He's had a helluva time. He has to mess with it at least once a week. Punching it up or down to keep the humidity where he wants it. It always changes.
