Norfolk - The morning began as normal for the sailors standing watch on the USS George Washington. But the calm was quickly shattered when a crazed lunatic stormed the sailors, a paintbrush in one hand and a computer mouse in the other. After being subdued, it was noted that the man seemed to have radiation burns on his face and they could make out partial words, including 'Amback' and 'pay it forward', though the significance of these has not yet been determined.

"I've never seen radiation exposure like this before," said Navy Surgeon Stibbs. "It's almost like he has been sitting in front of a computer for weeks, staring at the same screen."

One of the sailors would later report that the suspect initially shouted "NO! I'M THE MOOCH" and after being restrained, he continued to repeat it until he was taken away by Naval Security. He is reportedly being held at Bellevue.

You guys forgot about the part of the report that quoted the man as saying.."if anything happens to me....send all of my cigars to Kelvin".
