Quick Smoke

I finished up working in my bathroom last night. I was slightly nervous about cutting the holes in the new $300.00 shower surround. You know, the measure twice, cut one thing.
Success derserved a smoke but it was getting late.

I took one of the Honduran Primero Toros, bought from Cigar.com, and cut her in the middle. I smoked the foot end and it was great. What a draw and a great tasting smoke for a buck. Enough smoke for one IPA and I hit the shower. Perfect! :D

I would have second thoughts about cutting a more expensive smoke but it worked great, and the technique was learned on this site.

Thanks Guys! :!:

With a cigar for that price, you really can't go wrong!!

What did you notice about it that was different than if you hadn't cut it? Anything?

Big smoke and smooth draw. Very heavy pepper taste on the palate. Smoked right to the nub which was only half way down the body without getting hot.
That first draw really impressed me. I toasted it nicely and never put a flame to it and pushed it out before the first draw.
I'm gonna smoke the other end of it when I get home!

i just had an Indian Tabac Fire Petit Corona...
wow, that was a stumpy, spicy little guy!
lasted about half an hour, which was just what i was looking for, man was it good!
thanks dbrad

I really like the ashton small cigars. They are the only cigar that size to use all leaf tobacco with a premium cameroon wrapper. All hand made. If not those I also enjoy the Brazilia Tin, Partagas black pronto tin, and cohiba pequeno tin. Those tins really fit nicely in a shirt pocket and are great at the bar.

I like the AF Exquisitos and Cubanitos. Been wanting to try the CAO tins and the Cohiba but haven't had much luck finding them locally.
