This is a kewl thread.

About 2 years ago I was 300, and diagnosed with diabetes. I decided to do something about it and changed my diet and started riding my bicycle a lot. 6 months later I was down to 260. I got a little burnt out on the diet thing and today I am back up to 288.

I need to get motivated again. I don't have a goal weight, I just want to feel better and be healthier.

How do you guys stay focused on your diets?

Cheers!
Matt

holding a steady 230, going to gym 4 times per week, so it is much better distributed now.

I finished P90x a year ago last week.
Started at 178 and 28% body fat and ended at 158 and 14% body fat.
Started round 2 of P90x this week. I am at 186! and 31% body fat!!! WTF!
I want to get down to 155 and 15% body fat in 90 days

Haven't been 186 since 7th grade, I was probably taller than you at that point though. I will take 230 at 6'4". I am pretty happy with where I am.

Why didnt some one come up with this idea a few years ago, I was 417 pounds , got down to 215 now holding a not so happy 245,,,, I felt great at 220 ,,,, maybe I will get back under the 215 ,,,, in my adult life the lowest I ever was 203 .... then the doc took me off the amphemidines ,,,, rotten bastard hahaha

323 - they kicked me out of the gym when I lit up the cigar while on the treadmill!

THAT MY FRIEND IS FANTASTIC!!!!, I used to take a cup of coffee & a cigar with me when I walked in the local park, & all the fake coughing from the "enlightened " people got me to tell them all to KMA, I still have a cigar & coffee when I walk , I just walk in a different area , siss on you pister , I enjoy my walk my coffee & my Cigar, & will not let any @$$hole tell me different!
