what are you listening to

Right now I am reliving my first Phish show. 8/2/2003. What an awesome show and day it was. I'm surprised that I remember any of it.
 
Yeah me too Chris...and my kids...and my barking dogs. Some times Rob calls and I listen to him too.
 
Sometimes its so quiet, I can hear my clocks - but not very often.

Funny. I have the Chess Records' Muddy Waters: His Best, 1947 to 1955 CD sitting on my desk. Love him, too. Guess I'll have to pop that one in the computer now. :p
 
This whole week I've been playing Tom Waits stuff. He had a birthday last week (12/7) and I just can't get enough. He's one of my favs.

Its like nails on a chalkboard to me. I like his style but his voice is like Randy Newman from the Armageddon Family Guy episode.

He actually is from about 5 minutes from where I live. When I was a kid, he used to come and do assemblies at the schools.
 
I've been listening to alot of Embrace lately. Ian MacKaye's band from before the fugazi days. I've also dug up and started listening to the old Nuisance cd's.
