What happens when you smoke a diploma...

The very question I was going to ask!

I'm eager to try this cigar that I have never heard of until visiting the AmBack Cigar forums.

I tried one a few months ago. Definitely the strongest cigar I ever smoked. I had to stop halfway through or I'm pretty sure I woulda lost my dinner... Pleasant flavor though.

The Diploma used to be a cigar made for Christian and he would smoke it when he was in Honduras. He would give it retailers and guests that would come to see him. One year at the trade show a retialer came up to him who got one when he was in Honduras and he loved it. He asked Christian for another and Christian gave him one. The man jokingly said "So this cigar is like the diploma for having gone to Honduras and graduated from the trip"

And so the Diploma was born. :D

Mac,
great story. A friend of mine knows Christian and hangs with him on occasion. I'm hoping my friend shows up tomorrow nite at the triv get together.

I'm really taken with the diploma...the "floror" is very pronounced and quite tasty. A few people have mentioned that it is one dimensional but I don't see any problem with that. I really enjoy the taste. If it stays the same for 5 inches, thats ok with me. Picking a couple up tonite for the party tomorrow...also going to try the new camacho tomorrow too.

Yes..it is strong...but I'm tougher than CC's wife :D (see "ralph "thread)
