What kind of dog do you have?

All are these dogs are beautiful! A house without a dog is no home.
Also, where dog is, is civilization.
I'll take a photo of my canine and get it up here soon.

Thanks Acharpe. My wife fell in love with one she'd seen last year, and then the search was on. She comes out of Durham ,NC. This is the 3rd golden I've had. wonderful dogs and great with the kids.

I finally got a dog. I adopted him the a local shelter in September. He's a brat sometimes. But, It's hard to get mad at him.

His name is Frijol.

Brenda, i can tell you why he's a brat sometimes, just from looking at him id be willing to bet he's got a good amount of shiba inu in him (which is the kind of dog i have) google shiba inu and you'll see some of the unique/stubborn/strong willed quirkiness they have, they are great dogs but certainly have their personality, lol

Great pics everyone!

Here's an updated pic of Bikemans dog! She's a cutie!

Sorry to revive an old thread. But I have my sad news to share.

My cat has passed away on Monday, Sept 15, 2008. He was strong and always acted like he was only 1 years old. And yes, we used him for one of my contests on this board.

He was always at the door when I arrive home from work. He was always there when I'm ready to leave to work. He was always there. Now our home is empty except for the memories we had together.

We love you and miss you.

You will always be in our hearts.

I feel for you - no matter how annoying our furball is, she'd still be missed.

I love the picture with the shoes.

Doc-T,

I am very sorry to hear the news. I am a cat owner myself and would be crushed if something happened to my little girl.

Doc I'm sorry for your loss. Take care brother.

Thanks everyone.

He LOVES shoes! Especially women's (wife's) shoes. I don't know why. I joke with my wife about it, and she'd tell me he doesn't like my shoes because they stink. lol Whenever my wife brings home a new pair of shoes, guess who's the first one there to inspect and try out? Yep, my cat. He'd stay on them until he falls asleep.

What a strange cat. We'll always remember him.

Doc, the thing about it is, every pet has its own personality and are unique. Thats what makes them a part of the family. I am truely sorry for your lose because i know the same would have an impact on my family. The good thing is, you get to raise a new little one!

We are planning on adding a Maine Coon cat to our family someday soon.
