What Smokes Did You Buy Today?

Did not buy any smokes but I bought a real nice Estate Nording Freehand pipe circa 1985 today... Sweeeeeeeeeet!

This is by far the funnest hobby I've ever had.

Right on!

Steve, nice score you got. The more I keep reading the Pipe forum and everybodies comments the more and more I inch towards buying a pipe, some tobacco and getting started.

I had been smoking down my inventory, but couldn't resist the deal of the day. Also bought some RP OSG. So, the coolidor won't be retired anytime soon.

Once again I bought no smokes but I did pull the trigger on a butt load of pipe tobaccy

1 C18 robusto
1 CAO Moontrance(its for the lady friend i promise. she smokes these while i smoke my cigars. its really a great compromise.)

Today I bought a Perdommo Immenso maduro just because it's so stinkin' fat. Dunno if I'll ever smoke it or if I'll even be able to cut it for that matter, the thing is a log. I think I got it more for show than anything.

And to celebrate the new job I started this week, I picked up a Padron 1926 series (#9 I think). Got a friend that is hooked on these things but I've never been willing to splurge. I said if I got this job I'd try one out and as luck would have it, I'm $23 + tax poorer.

My brother also just got back from vacation early this morning with a couple of nice ISOMs for me. RyJ, Bolivar, and Cohiba. Unfortunately he couldn't find any Montecristo but I'm more than happy with what he did pick up. I think I'm going to compare them to their imported counterparts when it comes time to smoke them, but that will be awhile yet as I'm letting them age in the humi for at least a few months.

A handful of a cigar that the B&M store advertised as made especially for them. Called a VMG (Virgin Moon Grown), Dominican, medium body, pretty good smoke for under $4.

Also bought an Oliva Master Blend and La Auror 100 Anos based on recommendations here that I am looking forward to trying.

Placed an order with C.com yesterday and now I can't remember excatly what I ordered! I know it's good though. Some house blends: Cuban and Corojo, 2 Cuvee Grand, 2 Seijas and some other stuff.

I'm pretty happy that I did forget now, the anticipation is nice. 8)

Did some shopping this morning.

1 Ashton ESG Robusto
2 Ashton VSG Wizard
4 Tatuaje Havana VI in assorted sizes.
2 ERDM Oscura Larga

I'm done for now. 8)
