I've got a couple of recipes, anyone want to share theirs?

White Wine and Capers
A little olive oil to saute filets or steaks. Into this I chop some shallots, capers and parsley. after the shallots soften a splash of white wine. I have been using a white Rhone wine the last few times. Grunner Vetliner works for me too. Serve over gnocchi.

Dill Mustard Cream Sauce
A little butter to saute the salmon and a generous pinch of Dill Weed. When almost cooked thru cream and Dijon Mustard. By the time the sauce has heated the fish should be cooked thru. Serve over Egg Noodles.

Any others?

I like to rub the fish with a mix of 3 mustards, a sweet dipping mustard, a brown spicy mustard & a light dab of horseraddish mustard, , slice a bed of onions & place the fish over the raw sweet onions, vadallia or mowie sweets, a little olive oil & then into the preheated oven till the fish starts to become opaque& starts to flake , I use a glass or iron stone dish no metal to bake the fish, serve it with rice, or or any bite size pasta with a little olive oil & herbs
Enjoy, Vince
