Wolfdaddy to Chicago Fund

I'll pitch in the rest, so I guess I got off good for twenty bucks...

That is a cheap ticket!!!

It would be a long day wolfy....but it'll be worth it!! There are freebies in it, plus I'm sure a lot of people will be sharing their stash too!!

sweet. I'm used to long days.

so who's gonna pick me up at the airport?

Thor, you know what would be really awesome? It would be really awesome if I could stay at your place for the night.

Did I say 100.00?? I meant 10.00. It was a typo. SORRY!!!!

I am kidding. Wolf, I will send it out sometime in the end of the week. You better buy me a scotch when I see you!!!!

I guess you can, but I have heard that 200 times today!!!

I'll have to check with my Roomate Wolf, It shouldn't be a problem but he always has family and people over...

Is the flight going to be out of O'hare or midway?

120 bucks??????????????????? damn!! it cost me 200 to fly from seattle to sacramento round trip!!

if you want to spend a few more bucks, I can fly into Midway at 11:25 am and let you sleep a little later.

I think so...sounds right to me...

If it's O'hare, there is a BLue line (El) that will take you right into the city....

I'll send you some links with a map, and tell you exactly where to go and how the Chi- EL trains work, it's really easy, and probably the easiest way to get down into the city....

Wolf

Public transportation is both cheaper and faster. No one in this city (including thor) really owns a car.

Man, it sounds like you guys are going to have a blast. I wish I could make it out there. But with time constraints, money restraints, and a wife that probably would be a bit POed if I left her at home, I doubt that it would happen.

Nice to see everyone trying to help Wolf get there. I love this forum.

Cali, maybe next year we will start a fund for you.

The way I see it, it will all come to me in the end. Maybe not today or tomorrow or even ten years. One good deed deserves another, or something like that. I don't even really know Wolf, but I am more than willing to help him out any way I can. Same goes with anyone. I like to help people, and I will never ask for anything in return. That is the way I was raised, and that is why I am so passionate about my job. Here is one reason why.

When I was young, (21) I pulled a 5 year old from a fire. I never really thought much of it at the time. Until a couple weeks later I saw the kid with his mom at Dairy Queen. His mom turned around and saw me. She asked her kid if he remembered he, but he didn't. Needless to say, through her tears, she explained to him who I was. The kid asked his mom if he could buy me an ice cream cone. THAT is why I am a giving person. Nothing is better than the gift of life!!! Ryan

That is a great little anecdote.

Don't worry about starting any funds for me. The main reason is the wife. The rest isn't that big of a deal.

We'll just have to have one in California and all you east coasters will have to come to us. Just imagine... you might actually get to see what the sun looks like. Axe and I were talking about setting something up in San Francisco so we'll see what happens. I wonder how many people would be interested in having it on the beach?

That would be awesome, Calibus!

I know what the sun looks like though...We get plenty of it around here... 8)

Wolf, you are all set. You funds are in the mail and you should receive them shortly!! See you in Chi-town!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ryan
