I must say that I am extremely impressed with Cigar.com's immense selection of cigars. I'd say that the number of cigars they carry has probably doubled since I began shopping there a couple years ago. I dare you to find any shop, internet or out in town, that equals Cigar.com's selection. I bet you won't find many. Cheers to Cigar.com :wine:
I am blushing over here. We have more items to add here in the near future. Just wait until next year, and we are kicking off our inventory clearence in January where we will have some deeper discounts.

cigarsinternational.com has a pretty darn good selection. I've never dealt with them, so I don't know how their service is.

Good eye. We actually share some space but are not under the same ownership. We dont really view Cigars International as a competitor or really share many customers, they are heavy in house brands and inexpensive exlusives and bundles, while Cigar.com is a more service oriented with a selection of hard to find cigars and high end items. Different strokes for different folks I guess. As I always say, there will, always be companies out there that will try to sell you the most cigars for littlest amount of money, I would rather just sell somone the best cigars and be done with it. Often times best value and best cigars are not synominous, if it were everyone would smoke backwoods. :lol:

I noticed that. I pretty much exclusively buy from Cigar.com whenever I can. Which, sadly, is not very often (limited budget). In fact, my humidor is running on empty these days. Need to see if I can talk the wifey into letting me spend some money.
I would also like to join everyone in applauding the selection and service of Cigar.com. At least the few times of bought. Especially the fact that I'm not hounded by sales people all the time, like some of your competitors. I will continue to shop Cigar.com as long as they are around.

I've dealt with other online retailers in the past, and none comes close to cigar.com's inventory selection, inventory/order status, customer service, and best of all, this forum!
Where else would you see a VP such as Alex come online and actually LISTEN and RESPOND to our comments in a forum?

Seriously, you guys are bringing tears to my eyes. Thanks for the great feedback. Our expert cigar staff of "cigar crazies" really makes the difference. If you guys have not called to pick their brain on suggestions and cigar stuff, give them a ring. Everyone has a dedicated cigar consultant up there. Also, speaking of selection, if there is something you dont see online, be sure to call, we dont put all of our cigars up on the site.

Lost in translation
I will second that. The customer service at cigar.com is great. I had a shipping issue where a package got held up and they sent me out a new package ASAP and just ask that if I get the second package delivered that I send it back to them. Thats a lot of faith in your customer . It also shows that they are willing to go out on a limb for their customers. You don't see that every day. Cheers for Alex and his team. :cheers:
