Good luck on the surgery.

I also put garlic on almost everything. I current favorite is to put garlic powder on hash-brows cooking in olive oil. Then I melt cheddar cheese over the top. It goes really well with steak.

I sprink garlic salt on everything. Also makes bottled spaghetti sauce so much more authentic.
