More than likely those are those are wet spots on the leaf when the cigars went into curing. Becuase they were wet, they did not change color completely with the rest of the leaf. edit:you'll have to wait bro, just as i was to take the pic the batt went flat. But the wet spots of green spots aren't suppose to be in most cigar right? they were suppose to be pulled out before rolling?
