Bloofington, my apologies. However, I thought there was a good deal of humor in the thread you locked up and to read you pointedly denouce it for lack of humor (admitedly only one reason) was a bit over the top, IMHO. A good deal of real world information was over ridden, too. The Macallans reference is a $200 a bottle one and is something to be desired. Few have delved into Bushmills 18 and it too, has an honorable place along with Lagavulin and Taliskers -- I could go on. Any who see the locked thread in this forum might indeed get curious.

I've managed to make the URL work at the bottom of this post.
My good friend Cor, and his wife Chelle, are responsible for bringing the best tequila to the DF/W area. They host formal tastings quite often. Through them I learned there is more to tequila than Patron.
I tend to host Single Malt Scotch and Single Malt Whiskey tastings. Along with Aaron Steinle, we bring over Absinthe from France, Spain, Germany and other countries for private tastings.
My wife and I make a world class Belgian style ale, a great dark bock, the best Stout in Texas and we make red wines. We always have some babies bubblin'. My wife is a natural. She took to it from the git-go. It is a great partnership: I pay for the ingedients, she turns them into gold. Cain't beat it with a stick.
