How did you hear about this place?

I was a member of Battlerifles.com when the owner put the site up for sale. We got lucky and Fernando bought the site and moved heaven and earth to try and make as many happy as possible. By the looks of the membership most have been pleased and participate in many areas of interest. I am a home coffee roaster today thanks to your kind encouragement CC. Thanks again!

I was on another forum that has a smoker's forum set up and someone linked to cigar.com, saw the forum link, and found out I'm already a member (originally a member of Battlerifles.com).

i came here because i was looking for good cigars...the bonus are the people very nice....i dont post much but im here a few times a day...i enjoy every visit....

I'm one of the Gun-nut transplants that came over with Battlerifles.com.

Thanks for having us, I kick the mud off my boots before enterning the more "civilised" areas

Do enjoy my Sunday Smokes, why a hang out in the C section from time to time.

I got to meet the Cigar.com guys at the Big Smoke in Chicago last year. I've been a fan ever since. 8)

I think I counted three or four villages missing their idiot, CC. I'll go back and check.

Yup, three, CC, Vince and zdpin, but I know it's a lot more. Hey folks out there in cyberspace. Does your village need an idiot? I work cheap. :sm_angel:

Found this site while doing a google search of online cigar stores. Lurked for a while on this site as with some other cigar forums, and decided to register here and forget about the other forum site. The people and assistance here is by far the best I have ever encountered.

I stumbled in here from the old battlerifles M14 forum...now I'm stuck and can't get out! I had bought from Cigar.com previously, I just didn't know about the forum.

Had a question on humidors and got here thru a search engine.
Noticed that everyone was really nice....figured...hey..a forum where everyone is nice...gotta be hiding something...I'm going to hang out here till I find out what thier hiding....

About five or six years ago our esteamed leader Fernando Coelho, who at the time was head of Triton Ammunition, started posting on a couple forums I was a member of.
http://www.Glocktalk.com
http://www.Thefiringline.com

He offered a couple free boxes of Triton ammo, and I received some. After that I bought Triton for my defense needs.

After Triton was bought out, then let swirl down the drain, Fernando started AMBack.com.

I must have been on his mailing list, because I got notification of the store, as well as the forum. While it was a great forum to start with, there wasn't much action in the forums, that I was interested in.
When Amback bought out the Battlerifles websight, and incorporated the forum into the Amback site, I popped back up.

While looking through the forum listing, I found the Cigar forum.

That's how I got here.

I came over with the crew from Battlerifles.com. I have been happy specially with this group as there is not a whole bunch of nit picking. This forum is my favorite forum.

Thanks for making it that way my friends
