Hello all you wonderful, cool, handsome (yeah right), cigar smoking buddies! I hope your Holidays were blessed! I hope your families are well and life is a comfort and not a burden. I try to remember that God is my reason, purpose, and Father. This is me...I am loved and blessed.....Thank God. Happy New Year!!

Another year is at the door and it is my 51st. WOW I look at that and shudder. I have ridden well over 400,000 miles on a motorcycle. I have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. I have been married to the most wonderful women in the world for 28 years. I have a job and my health is ok. I have had a few surgeries and I am in a good spot. I dodged colon cancer and for now and continue to improve. I have HD tv in two rooms and regular tv in the garage where I smoke the best cigars in this world. I am over joyed with the love and blessings of this life. I look forward to the excitement of the worlds to come. Our Heros are fighting for us all over the world. They are in Iraq, Afganistan and throughout the free world. In some places we don't have a clue about, God Bless them. More guts than I have. LOTS.

I just finished a beautiful Oliva serie V. I enjoyed a Red Tail Ale with it and I am just in heaven. This cigar is so rich and full in flavor and comfort, I love it and revel in it's glory. Forget Cuba, we have the bestest cigars right here at our finger tips! My goodness, What's better than that? I also had a Pinnar 2000. I am just going to bed........I hope my dreams can live up to the shear joy these fantastic cigars......Maybe......well, let that go.

God Bless you Gals and Guys! Look in your hand and know that even God enjoys a fine cigar once in awhile....... :D

Right back atcha big guy!

Been married for over 25 years myself! Most of them have been very nice!

More of the same

Will turn 53 in a couple of weeks,
Been married to the same woman for 33 years, have two grown children and was told New Years Day that my son & wife are expecting their first child (our 1st grand child) in September.
We are all in good health.
We are bleesed to live in the best country in the world, with thanks to our brave young men and women.

Life is good.

Right there with you guys.

Turned 49 just after Christmas and have spent the last 17 1/2 years married to a fantastic lady.

My son got back from Kyrgyzstan a couple of days ago.
My oldest daughter and son-in-law told us Christmas eve that we're going to be grandparents in August.
My youngest son is 16 and driving now (all my extra stogie money goes to the insurance co.).
My baby girl will turn 15 in a few days.

All in all we're reasonably healthy even though I've been dealing with back problems for the last year or so. The recent pain blocks have helped.

There's no doubt we've been blessed. God is good.

YO Brian!!!

Good to hear from you man! Sounds like you are feeling fine and mellow now. Keep smokin'!! Stop on into the basement here more often and say "hey" would ya?? :p

I couldn't agree more! 44 years old, married 21 years, 2 great kids (15 and 13), health, prosperity, etc, etc. It's good to be among a group of guys who can appreciate this life rather than all the whiners out there. Thanks for the positive post! God bless!!!

Same to y'all!

It was a hectic 2007 for me. I got sick early in the year, and it took 6 months to fully recover.

Now on to 2008:
I'll hit the big 4-0,
Married 7 years next month,
Hopefully will buy our first house,
Hopefully will survive our upcoming layoff (again),
Smoke more cigars  :D

Well, I don't know about the rest of you mooks, but I am one good-looking cat.
I turned 31 in June.
I'll celebrate my fourth wedding anniversary in February.
I have a wonderful, wild, active, two-year-old son.
I'll be going back to school starting this fall to get my doctorate.
Last, but not least, I plan on smoking smoke wonderful cigars this year while chatting with you mooks.
You might be mooks, but you're my mooks.

You are only as old as you think....According to my wife and friends I think and act like an eighteen year old. This year I turn 60...if I had known I was going to have lasted this long I would have taken better care of my body...nah I have had too much fun!

Foodie, always great to hear from you. Please stop by more often.

As for 2008:
I am thinking this will be the first year that my wife is not pregnant since 2002 for at least some part of the year.
Next Tuesday I will hopefully close on the sale of the old house and finally feel like my new house is mine( just a weird feeling I have, kinda like I am schakeled to the old house).
My kids are growing up and getting smarter. I can't wait until diaper time is done.
I am getting more healthy and so is my wife; both of us are getting in shape.
This is the year I will put a significant amount of debt down; I am hoping to have it all wiped out except for the mortgage. I am thinking this is the year I get fiscally responsible.

I am looking forward to drinking some great coffee and smokign some great cigars.

Man, I tell ya... it must've been one hellava week (long hours at work, lack of sleep, and being sick). Seems that I didn't know what year it was nor my current age. I've also been writing the wrong dates on my reports as well. It's gonna be a long year.

Been married 22 years to the same wonderful gal. 2 sons. Don't have a bike - spend my time fishing with the boys or camping with the whole family. I live in the greatest nation, free to travel it and enjoy it because of the sacrifice of incredible men and women who have served and continue to serve this land (THANKS!!!)

Been of good health. Although, I haven't enjoyed a good cigar in about a month (or my pipe) due to a bout with bronchittis that began when out breathing below zero air while working up a sweat - not a good combination. But that's a very minor issue.

God is indeed good!
