Good call on doing the links vs. putting the images up as, yes they would have not fit within forum polciy.

I was in a good mood today and had some time, so I went and resized the offending photo's or took down the image links. In the future, I would ask everyone to either crop or resize their own photo's. If this is not done, there is a high probability that your image will be removed by one of the moderators.

I thank mikegunner for his instruction, assistance and at times patience with me. I also thank him very much for spending the blocks of time on this thread and forum that I simply cannot give. My own times on the internet come in sporadic bursts, here and there, and it's rare that I get long periods to tweak things, or do a lot of in depth reading.

I like this thread, and I hope some of the members noticed that before mikegunner chimed in, I had posted the link to Fernando's image posting thread.

For future image posting, the best way to handle things prior to posting your images on any thread is by checking in with Fernando's thread. It will ensure that images fall within the forum's capabilities right off the bat, and threads can then progress smoothly.

STicks out like a sore thumb to me. It's an M60. Of course I used to be a 60 gunner, when I was in Arty.

I thought it was an MG42 myself. Shows how much I know about guns. I did a quick lookup though and found a B model for sale new in box for 175 grand. WOW! No wonder the defense budget is so big.

Sorry on that typo!! I nearly cut my middle finger off my left hand last night, and the bandage is making it a bit hard to type!! No disrespect and I think everyone knows that! :wink:

In regards to the smokes, there were 2 Opus X Double corona's and a cohiba Sig 5, my wife had a cusano 18 and a Gurkha Legend 8 year torpedo!
