Mike Chiusano Wants Your Feedback

I had the pleasure of smoking one today. It is a medium strength cigar with a very nice flavour to it, hint of nut and spice. The burn was excellent with no wrapper problems. I would definitely recommend this cigar, even though I usually like a stronger cigar (like the PSP2).

I don't have a Cusano DSG to review.

But if it's from Cusano, then it's got to be good!

I finally had time to sit down and smoke the Cusano DSG I got from the COTMC.

It was a good cigar, burned well, I didn't have any problem with the wrapper. It had a nice spicyness to it all the way to the nub. There was a charcoal/ceder taste from beginning to end. The Charcoal taste was a little to harsh. I bet if I had let it sit for another 4 to 6 weeks it would have smoothed out. Three times during the smoke, I detected a sweet note, but, the sweetness only lasted for a puff or two, each time, and then went away. I would definatly buy a 5 pack of these, let them sit and then, give this cigar a good taste test.

I enjoyed this cigar, and I will defintly give it a try when its released.

Revisited this smoke over the weekend. Definately improved over a few months in the humi. It was already a good smoke. I think the longer it sits the better it will be. I have a couple more in the humi. I will let them sit awhile longer. I think this smoke has some real potential to be fantasic.
