My first trip to Casa Fuente

Mojitos are indeed tasty. As were the Hemingway Epithats and the Sangria I drank with CigarSmoka and his dad last night.

I went earlier in the day and played tourist with the camera and was lucky enough to meet Carlito and had him sign a CF box and a couple of coffins of GOF.

Saw him and Don Carlos later in the evening. They were both very gracious and accomodating to having their pictures taken. Pretty incredible night--and tonight is my first Big Smoke Event.

Will post pictures when I get back next Thursday. Unless I have to hock the camera. Losing on tables and 0-fer-2 on football games. Good thing I already bought my cigars.

That show is amazing, I went to see Body Worlds 1 (there are two traveling exhibits) at the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry sometime in the spring of 2005. It's easily the most interesting, fascinating and enjoyable museum exhibit I have ever seen.

Now that I check the website I see that there actually three traveling exhibits and BW2 will be in Chicago next year. 8)

I totally agree with you on this, Brenda. I ate there a few years back and thought it was great! The food was wonderful as was the service.

It's a vicious cycle, I need to keep a job in order to have some loot, but when I see stuff like that it just makes me want to pick up and leave and go strait down there and completely spoil myself....but then I need to find a new job

I think that what it comes down to is that I need more vacation days...and a raise...and a walkin....
