WoW Chris! You are almost where I started! I am very close to my goal. I was 170 this morning. I have updated my goal. I want to be 165 and 25% body fat.

Do they teach you geography in Arizona? If they did, you may have remembered how to spell Tennessee. There is no catchy song like M-I-SS-I-PP-I-PP-I, but its still got a lot of double letters in it

I'm at 209 this morning. I've lost about 28 lbs total. My goal is 190.
