I haven't taken a count in a long time let alone add up the cost , at an all time high I had about 11K sticks , with an average price of 5 bucks a stick, , but I had some real rare & really old pre embargo Q*bans & first issue Opus X , that I sold off before I had some surgery a few years ago , paid off the house with that sale, now I dont even keep track of what I have at home, I think there are 11 humidors with cigars in them & a few empties Not counting the boxes , just loose sticks , I have a few hundred sticks, & some sealed boxes about 25 or 26 total, maybe more , maybe less, a few hunderd sticks more of dubious origin But I am sure you know where I am talking about , Value , who knows cant insure all of them, but If I did sell them all again I might be able to pick up a nice car or truck , BUT why would I want to get rid of them, , they are worth more to me than the cash, when you get older & understand the pleasue it brings , you stop thinking about money & what it is worth , just enjoy what you have ,smoke what you like , dont worry about the ratings in the books & price in the shops, smoke what you like , I do start off my day with a fine Don Carlos #3 , but if I find a better morning smoke that is cheeper or more expencive , NO matter, if I like it I will smoke it maybe not every day , I am not David Letterman with a 500 dollar a day Q*ban Cigar habbit , BUT I sure would like to have that kind of cash flow & the cigars he smokes in a year hahahaha
Enjoy, Vince
