Cigar Trade Box Pass #1

None. I work from noon until 10 then fly out early morning Friday.

Rob & Kevin.... I could do a dinner or after dinner Ashes on Wed

Kevin.... We could still do a 1 meet if Rob Can't make it

Rob.... I can meet up with you at some point in the day and pick up the box if you can arrange it. Otherwise you'll have to send it to Kevin and wait until I get back on Saturday the 7th to get it to me

Looking back at the thread I think it is. I misread Kelvins post and thought he was talking about giving it to me not getting it from me. Sorry :oops:
 
Then you should have it before you leave. Other wise we can reroute it a bit and make sure you get it

Today is now bad for me! I have to get my little guy to the Ortho - retainer situation. Central and South (Motion and Rmr) - PM's on the way.

Looks like by the tracking info I should get the box tomorrow. I will make my picks and puts and get it on its way to Kelvin tomorrow as well. What to choose....hmmmmm

If BP were around, He would tell you to place (1) extra stick in the box for each remaining person on the list as a penalty.

Not that I'm saying this - but I think you should honor BP's wishes.
 
Seems kinda harsh. I don't want to have to go guy 14 more White Owls. Let me at lease wait until I get the PIF package from Rob :wink:
 
Bad news guys. I just got off the phone with the post office guys(after watching the truck drive by my house) and they say they don't have the box in thier possesion yet and there is no way i can get my hands on it today. I'm leaving my house at 4:00am to catch my plane so i won't be able to make my pulls and picks until I get back. I'm sorry for the delay in the pass. I was sure our USPS could move a box 55 miles north given two days, but alas they did not.

I'd almost bet it will get delivered today. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing...AGAIN!

well then. The box got sent to my old address. I take back what i said about the USPS. The guy to whom I was speaking this morning called ME back 5 hours later to tell me it was sent to my old address and he was holding it for me. I snatched it up and here we are.

I got the box and upon instection found there were a few things that needed fixing up.

1. The Opux X were mislabeled. The box contained 1 FFOX, 1 Robusto, and 1 XXX Power ranger. Cigars were relabeled.

2. The XXX Power ranger was cracked from foot to head and looked unsmokeable. I replaced it with a Perfexion #2 from 2003

3. Like the Opus the Camacho Diploma's wrapper is in BAD shape, but I had none to replace it with so I put in a Party Black in its place.

My Takes:

4. CAO Sopranos Assoc
5. 1 Blind pick

My Puts:
1. Punch Churchill '00 Q
2. RYJ Corona Pre 85' Q

5. 1 Blind put

I'll get the box on it's way to Kelvin within the hour if there are no objections.
 
That's just wrong....snatchin it right up. You should really save it for someone else. I have a feeling you might not mind letting that one go :wink:
 
Thanks Motion. Shows how much I know about the Opus. Go ahead and list what the blind Take was just not the put.
 
The box arrived to my office today - I just got in though.

I won't be able to make the P.O. to get this out - I hope it is alright if I let it sit in my office over the weekend (it's climate controlled) and then get it out Monday morning.

I was very very very busy today. Hehe.

I'll post my takes and puts later.

I decided that I would let someone else experience the awesomeness of the Punch Churchill (Q).
