I love that film.

i dont know if it can be called a "film"
Technically, it was produced with film stock. So, it's a film.

I know what you mean, though. And, I would absolutely call it a film. It is a classic. Very well written. The timing is exceptional. With layers upon layers of pure comedic gold.

To me a "movie" is something that's fluff. Pure entertainment (to some.) Like, anything with Pauly Shore.

At least I didn't call it a "talky" or a "picture show." And, yes, I sometimes say "picture show."

In my best John wayne voice:

"Now don't go dissen there Monte Python, young man, or your going to be in a heap of trouble."

"I just want a little bit of peril!"

I was going to do a line that happens just before this, but I got censored by my conscience.

You have to give Monty Python mad props for the work they've done. Almost anybody can make a Drama but Comedy is very hard to pull off. Then, to produce something that never gets old. Wow.

King Arthur: Can we come up and have a look?
French Soldier: Of course not. You're English types.
King Arthur: What are you then?
French Soldier: I'm French. Why do you think I have this outrageous accent, you silly king?
Sir Galahad: What are you doing in England?
French Soldier: Mind your own business.
