Free Cigar!

I am a career firefighter and own a Licensed residential/commercial painting business. I have provided service to several customers who's homes are over 9,000 sq ft. If I don't provide them with the best possible service, not only will I not get them as a repeat customer, I will not get any referals from them. My business is strictly referals. I do not advertise, as satisfied customers bring me all of the business I can handle.

Capt, I like the way your mind works. I have a friend who started a landscaping business. Since a lot of people in my town have landscaping business, my friend never paid any $$ for advertising. Word of mouth and referals only. Since 1997, my friend has a fleet of vehicles and brick and mortar buildings, and has A LOT of money. Word of mouth is the only way to go.

And so you all know, I'm in the antique business. I know all about keeping a customer coming back. I specifically watch for items and even make pieces for clients just to keep them coming back.
Okay, plug time. What is the name of your business? I LOVE ANTIQUES!

Hey pal, I'm only 20 here! How old are you?

Brenda, Its called The Hen House. Feminine name I know but its memorable.

Brenda, you can say that because you're a hot young cigar smoking chick!
