Taters gained 2 points in HR, lost 0.5 in SB, and lost another 0.5 in WHIP, for a net GAIN of 1 point.

So, after MONDAY's games, you had a NET score of 42.5.
After TUESDAY's games, you had a NET score of 43.5. A GAIN of 1 point from Monday. Scores are based on NET scores from the season (I believe).

This is why Kelvin warned us about blowing out the pitching's in the beginning. Because once we exhaust our PITCHING MAX innings limit, those who haven't hit the limit will have a chance of catching up.

Updated standings as of the 4th of July games:

Overall Points
1) Giants 63
2) Cusano Homers 61
3) Boners 50.5
4) Dashing Diplomas 46 (tied for 4th place)
4) Rich Cigars 46 (tied for 4th place)
6) Taters 43
7) Teddy's Titans 26
8 ) Skips Sharks 24.5

Not until my modem at home is back up. Of all the things that my work does not block; the one thing they do is fantasy sports. I need to get it going for the season. I took a beating last year with only spuratic access and not picking up guys on the waiver wire.

i'll set us up one. the prize will be a box of cigars same as baseball. we can have up to 12 teams so people lets hear who wants in. :D :D

12 is good, but 10 is great. I'm sure we will have enough interest for more than 12. We may have to double up guys on some teams. I can't wait for football.

Hey Alex, anyway we can get a "Sponsored League"?

It's difficult enough trying to keep up with Kelvin in baseball.

Hehe - if I could pick investments as well as fantasy players, I would do that for a living. Oh, wait.....

Question: Wins (Pitching)

:?: Ok, I don't quite understand the WINS in the Pitching area. 3 of my pitchers played last night (1 SP, 2 RP), and all 3 won their games. Yet, the WIN column remains zero. I've seen this time and time again for my team. I'm dying in the WIN area, and can't seem to figure out how it's scored.

And while we're talking about pitching, what are Saves? :?: :?:

T - first off - bite me.

Okay, now on to the question - are you checking it first thing in the am? Sometimes it does take a little while to register the wins on the site - they update the system at a certain time in the morning.

Other than that - maybe folks are getting a little tired of your surge to the top.

Ok, I check in the morning (pacific time), mid-morning, and afternoon. The stats don't change. I even re-check the stats from games 2 days earlier. Still doesn't make any sense.

And, BTW... the only time I get to move in place is when you drop points. Other than that, I'm pretty stationary.

So, how does a pitcher aqcuire a Save? He catches a ball after the batter hits it or something? I know I can google the answer, but I'm just too lazy and already typing it here anyway. :p
