It's funny, that lack of precipitation. I was walking throuh a parking lot cursing the snow yesterday and I conservatively estimated that my part of Michigan got at least three inches of snow in about a seven hour span. I need to move to Sacremento.
Andrew, a buddy of mine just spent the last eight days in Kalamazoo. He said there were a couple days of a lot of snow. Of course, this is coming from a west coast boy (snow, what snow?).
As far as the actual rainfall, i am going by what our local weather gal has been saying for the last week. It is higher than .15, but not by much.
Hint #3...more than .15 inch, less than .50 inch.

I dont think I would make it in that cold of environment. My sister-in-law went to Northern Michigan University and the story she tells of winters.....No Thanks!!!

0.15 is what the local news station are now saying the rainfall was in Jan 1889. I stand corrected. Last week I swore they said .25 (that was the answer I was looking for). Since everything is now pointing towards 0.15, we will go with that.
