Ok, here is my fun and games question......

I live in Sacramento, CA. We just set a record this month for the driest January since 1889. We didnt even come close to hitting the low mark set it January 1889. What was the total rainfall (in inches) for January 1889 in Sacramento, CA

Hint #1...This year we only got .07 inches of rain for January.
