I have this crazy boxed set, 12 CDs, over 24 hours of Frank. I've heard every disc...But, I've always imagined locking myself away with a bottle or so of Maker's Mark, and a supply of cigars, and listening to the WHOLE SET in one shot!!!

Yes, It's a disease......

What?! I've never heard of a 12 disc box set! I loves me some Frankie, too.

a 12 CD set of Frank? Sounds like a must buy to me.

I can realate to almost anything except that heavy metal stuff, but lately I have been listening to a lot of the Gypsy Kings. Spanish Folk(?), I guess you would call them, with a little Flamenco thrown in.

I love 'em!
 
Sorry you are just not going to find it anymore in this form. It is in a brown leather case, like a musician's traveling case (think 1955, Dexter Gordons' tenor case), with brass corners, carry handle, the whole thing. I also just looked it over, my fault, 20 CDS!!!!

Here's actually a link to a review of it I just found. Although the reviewer isn't very nice in regards to the set that I have, I think he's just jealous 'cause I've got one!

You remember Golden Earing? I didn't think anyone rememberd them. My buddy used to listen to them, I couldn't stand them.
 
Haha - Golden Earring! Awesome! I actually only like 2 of their songs - Twilight Zone and a live performance of The Devil Made Me Do It.

And you hear 38 Special on the radio still, I just rarely hear it come up in actual conversation.
 
I really like golden earring too. I love 38 special. You just dont hear them enough on the radio.
 
well.... i dont really "remember" golden earing

im far to young to remember them. i just listen to that much classic rock.

on a slightly related note.... do you think that maybe, just maybe,
Boston, Journey, Foriginer, and styx are the same band?

its just a theory.
